通风管道系统工程风管及部件安装

1、风管及部件安装前，内外杂物及污垢并保持清洁。安装风管时，为安装方便，在条件允许的情况下，尽量在地面上进行连接，一般接10～12m长左右。

1. Before the installation of air ducts and components, remove internal and external sundries and dirt and keep them clean. When installing the air duct, in order to facilitate installation, try to connect it on the ground if conditions permit, and generally connect it to about 10 ~ 12m long.

2、风管法兰垫料按系统进行选用。空调、通风风管采用厚度为3mm的8501密封胶带密封，排烟系统风管采用石棉橡胶板作为法兰垫料。

2. The air duct flange gasket shall be selected according to the system. The air conditioning and ventilation ducts are sealed with 8501 sealing tape with a thickness of 3mm, and the air duct of the smoke exhaust system uses asbestos rubber plate as flange gasket.

3、法兰垫片厚度为3～5mm，垫片要与法兰齐平，不得凸入管内，以免增大空气流动阻力，减少风管的有效面积。

3. The thickness of flange gasket shall be 3 ~ 5mm. The gasket shall be flush with the flange and shall not protrude into the pipe, so as not to increase the air flow resistance and reduce the effective area of the air duct.

4、紧固法兰螺栓时，用力要均匀，螺母方向一致。风管立管法兰穿螺栓，要从上往下穿，以保护螺纹不被水泥砂浆等破坏。

4. When tightening flange bolts, the force shall be uniform and the direction of nuts shall be consistent. The air duct riser flange shall be threaded from top to bottom to protect the thread from being damaged by cement mortar.

5、穿出屋面的风管设置防雨罩；穿出屋面1.5m的立管必须可靠固定、完好无损，不得出现裂纹、咬口不严密以及空洞等缺陷，以免雨水从风管内漏入室内。风管在穿越墙体、楼板时，四周缝隙用防火柔性材料密实填充。

5. The air duct passing through the roof shall be provided with rain cover; The riser 1.5m out of the roof must be reliably fixed and intact, and there shall be no defects such as cracks, loose bite and holes, so as to prevent rainwater from leaking into the room from the air duct. When the air duct passes through the wall and floor, the surrounding gaps shall be densely filled with fireproof flexible materials.

6、穿越沉降缝风管之间连接及风管与设备连接的柔性短管采用外刷防火漆的帆布制作。在风管与设备连接柔性短管前，风管与设备接口必须已经对正，不得用柔性软管来作变径、偏心。安装柔性短管时应注意松紧要适当，不得扭曲。空调支管风口之间的连接采用带保温层的金属软管，软管与风口及与风管接口采用专用的卡箍进行连接。软管较长时，必须在中间部位设置吊架，但金属软管的长度不得超过2米。

6. The flexible short pipes connecting the air ducts passing through the settlement joint and connecting the air ducts with the equipment shall be made of canvas coated with fireproof paint. Before connecting the flexible short pipe between the air duct and the equipment, the interface between the air duct and the equipment must be aligned, and the flexible hose shall not be used for reducing and eccentricity. When installing the flexible short pipe, pay attention to the proper tightness without distortion. The connection between the air conditioning branch pipe and the air outlet adopts the metal hose with thermal insulation layer, and the hose is connected with the air outlet and the interface with the air duct with special clamps. When the hose is long, a hanger must be set in the middle, but the length of the metal hose shall not exceed 2m.

7、风管与配件可拆卸的接口及调节机构等，不得装设在墙或楼板内。

7. The detachable interface and regulating mechanism of air duct and accessories shall not be installed in the wall or floor.

8、在安装防火阀前，拆除易熔片。待阀体安装后，检查其弹簧及传动机构是否完好并安装易熔片。防火阀、消音器按正确的方向安装且单独设置支吊架。

8. Remove the fusible sheet before installing the fire damper. After the valve body is installed, check whether the spring and transmission mechanism are intact and install the fusible sheet. Fire dampers and silencers shall be installed in the correct direction, and supports and hangers shall be set separately.

9、安装调节阀、防火阀等可调节配件时，将操作手柄设置在便于操作的部位。所有的送风管道及新风管道三通处均设置三通拉杆阀。

9. When installing adjustable accessories such as regulating valve and fire damper, set the operating handle at the position convenient for operation. Three way pull rod valve shall be set at the tee of all air supply pipes and fresh air pipes.
