镀锌螺旋风管对于散装物料的输送要注意什么？

散装物料的输送。在一些通风管道加工工厂的生产过程中，需要输送松散的颗粒，特别是比例较小的螺旋风管，如发泡塑料颗粒，成本低，效果好。螺旋风管是一种薄壁管，由金属带材卷制而成，圆形，无焊接，无漏气，无漏水，多用于送风和散装物料输送，而不是传统的白铁管(即手工咬铁管)。它是一种风管，全机制，直管不需要手动敲击。

通风管道加工的过程中应该尽量避免出现纵向接缝，但是一定不能出现横向接缝。而且通风管道的咬口缝和四角的缝隙处，需要按照设计洁净等级要求，然后还要采用密封胶将其堵严。另外通风管道板材的连接缝的密封面应该设在通风管道壁的正压侧。

加工的时候，不能在通风管道内部设置加固框或者加固筋，因为这样对于通风管道的质量会造成一定的影响。
