按大样图选适当模具支在特定的架子上开始操作。风管用1∶1经纬线的玻纤布增强，无机原料的重量含量为50%～60%。玻纤布的铺置接缝应错开，无重叠现象。原料应涂刷均匀，不得漏涂。

Select the appropriate mold according to the detailed drawing and support it on a specific shelf to start the operation. The air duct is reinforced with glass fiber cloth with a 1:1 warp and weft line, and the weight content of inorganic raw materials is 50% to 60%. 玻璃钢风管内表面应平整光滑（手感好），外表面应整齐美观，厚度均匀，边缘无毛刺，不得有气泡（气孔）分层现象，外表面不得扭曲、不平度不大于3mm，内外壁的直线度每米不大于5mm。

The inner surface of the fiberglass air duct should be flat and smooth (with a good touch), and the outer surface should be neat and beautiful, with uniform thickness, no burrs at the edges, and no bubbles (pores) or layering. The outer surface should not be twisted, with an unevenness of no more than 3mm, and the straightness of the inner and outer walls should not exceed 5mm per meter.

法兰与风管应成一体与壁面要垂直，与管轴线成直角。不垂直度不大于2mm。

管表面气泡数量每平米不得多于5个，气泡单个面积不大于10mm2。

每节管可见裂纹，不得超过二处，裂纹不得超过管长的十分之一，裂纹距管边缘不得小于50mm，管件严禁有贯通性裂纹。

There should be no more than two visible cracks in each section of the pipe, and the cracks should not exceed one tenth of the pipe length. The distance between the cracks and the edge of the pipe should not be less than 50mm, and there should be no continuous cracks in the pipe fittings.
