焊接风管的焊接工艺要求达成哪些?

1、焊前准备

(1)根据板厚形式,坡口加工采用机加工、等离子弧切割或碳弧气刨。采用碳弧气刨、坡口和手工电弧焊时,为避免飞溅金属的损伤,应在坡口两侧涂石灰粉。

2、焊接技术要求

(1)手工电弧焊采用直流反接,氩弧焊采用直流电连接。

(2)风管焊接前,用不锈钢丝将焊丝表面的氧化皮刷掉,用丙酮清洗干净,然后晾干,随时使用。

(3)打底焊时,焊缝厚度应尽量薄,有利于与根部熔合良好;熄弧时,应呈缓坡状,如有止弧缩孔,应用抛光机打磨掉。必须在坡口内起弧和灭弧,并填满弧坑,防止弧坑开裂。

If there is any arc stopping shrinkage hole, it should be polished off with a polishing machine. Arc initiation and extinguishing must be carried out within the groove, and the arc crater must be filled to prevent cracking.

(4)为防止碳化物析出敏化和晶间腐蚀,应严格控制层间温度和焊后冷却速度,将层间温度控制在60℃以下。

(4) To prevent carbide precipitation sensitization and intergranular corrosion, the interlayer temperature and post weld cooling rate should be strictly controlled, and the interlayer temperature should be controlled below 60 ℃.

(5)焊接时尽量采用氩弧焊手柄技术,该工艺能控制焊接层的表面颜色和形状,焊接效果理想。
